RollQuote

Terms of Use

Effective October 18, 2026 · Version 2026-10-18.2 · Android app: com.rollquote.app

These terms govern RollQuote: Painting Estimate, operated by {{DEVELOPER_NAME}} (identity pending confirmation for this pre-release preview). Read them with our Privacy Policy. Before your first AI draft, the app asks you to check “I agree to the Terms, including arbitration” and select “Agree and continue”. That explicit action, with the linked Terms and Privacy available to read, records your acceptance of this version locally; merely visiting this website is not acceptance. Decline to stop AI requests. You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter this agreement.

1. Service and local records

RollQuote helps painting contractors draft and review estimates. It does not require a RollQuote account or provide cloud synchronization of your business records. AI drafting requires an internet connection. Keep your own PDF, CSV or JSON exports; changing devices, clearing storage or uninstalling can remove local records. Restoring a purchase does not restore local estimates.

2. Free use and planned paid offers

This is a pre-release preview. Real purchases are not yet enabled. The following describes the planned launch offers; this website does not sell subscriptions or credits. The Google Play purchase screen will show the available offer and final price before you consent.

Free use includes five lifetime AI drafts for the app's device identity and up to three new estimates per UTC calendar month. Copies count as new estimates; deleting an estimate does not release that month's slot. Pro removes the new-estimate limit. Saved records remain readable, editable and exportable when Pro ends, as long as they remain on your device; free PDFs may carry a RollQuote watermark.

3. Subscription price, renewal and cancellation

Monthly Pro: US $12.99 charged every month, automatically renewing monthly until canceled. Local prices and applicable taxes are shown by Google Play. Your Google Play payment method is charged upon purchase and again at renewal at the disclosed price. There is no minimum commitment beyond the paid month. Only monthly Pro and one-time credit packs are planned for this version.

Pro includes 50 AI drafts per UTC calendar month while the subscription is active. The monthly allowance does not roll over and is used before purchased credits. These usage months are separate from the subscription's billing dates.

Cancel online through Google Play subscriptions, or open Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RollQuote → Cancel. Cancel before the next renewal shown in Google Play to prevent the next charge. Benefits normally continue until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app or deleting records does not cancel a subscription.

The app displays a yearly reminder of the monthly price, renewal period and Play cancellation instructions, starting one year after it first detects Pro. Reminders are checked when you open or return to the app or your entitlement updates; if you have not opened it, the reminder appears on a later check while Pro is active. This is an in-app reminder, not an email or a notice before each monthly charge. Before billing launches, required notices, clear consent to recurring billing, a retainable acknowledgment and accessible online cancellation must be in place. Material price changes remain subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

4. Credit packs and refunds

Planned packs are 25 AI drafts for US $4.99 or 100 AI drafts for US $14.99. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry, do not require Pro and are used after any applicable included allowance. Failed upstream processing is refunded to the allowance or credit balance. Purchase refunds follow Google Play policy and applicable law; these terms do not remove statutory refund rights.

5. Review every draft

AI parses job descriptions into structured fields; it does not inspect the property. Quantities and money are calculated from the inputs and rates you provide. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Check all dimensions, coats, openings, preparation, products, labor, prices, taxes and totals before sending or signing any estimate. You are responsible for your scope, licensing, customer agreements and bids. RollQuote is not professional legal, tax or construction advice.

To flag an incorrect, unsafe or offensive AI draft, select Report on its AI banner, choose a reason, optionally add a note and submit within RollQuote. The report includes the latest original AI job for review. If submission fails or an older estimate lacks that original response, retry or email support@rollquote.com. AI is used only to structure the job text you actively submit, after the in-app disclosure and agreement described above; reporting does not call AI or consume your AI allowance.

6. Acceptable use and availability

Do not submit unlawful content or personal customer information to AI, bypass quotas, interfere with the service or misuse another person's purchase. We may restrict API access for abuse, security, outages or legal requirements. This does not impose a subscription gate on local historical records. Features and service availability may change; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accurate bids or fitness for a particular project. We are not responsible for your underbidding, missed work items, project disputes or device-related data loss. To that same extent, we exclude indirect, incidental and consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the greater of US $50 or what you paid us for the service during the preceding 12 months. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct or liabilities and consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. U.S. law, individual arbitration and class-action waiver

U.S. federal law and California law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections where you live. The Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration. First email support@rollquote.com describing the dispute and requested relief; both parties will try to resolve it for 60 days.

If you explicitly accept these terms through the app's unchecked agreement box and Agree and continue button, and do not opt out, unresolved disputes will be decided by one arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, including the Consumer Arbitration Rules and consumer fee protections where applicable. Proceedings may be remote or in your home county. We pay fees we are required to pay under those rules or law. Either party may use an eligible small-claims court or seek relief that applicable law makes non-arbitrable.

By that explicit in-app agreement, both parties waive a jury trial for arbitrable disputes and agree to individual proceedings, not class, collective or representative proceedings, to the extent lawful. Non-waivable rights to public injunctive relief remain intact. You may opt out of arbitration and this class-action waiver within 30 days of first accepting by emailing support@rollquote.com with your name, Settings → Support ID and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect other terms or your ability to use the app. If a waiver is unenforceable, affected claims proceed in a competent court; there is no class arbitration without both parties' agreement.

9. Changes and contact

We will publish updated terms with a new effective date and give additional notice or obtain consent where required. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue as permitted by law. Questions, billing concerns and dispute notices: support@rollquote.com.
